(3)Panel lawyer in any court shall be the agent of the Gram Sabha of the area of which he is appointed for the purpose of receiving processes against such Gram Sabha issued by such Court. [Vide G.O. No. U-648/VII-B-1234-54-Para-1(2), dated 26th November, 1952].
