(2)A compassionate allowance sanctioned under proviso to sub-regulation (1) shall not be less than the amount of rupees sixty per mensem.Explanation : (1) - Compassionate allowance is one of the various kinds of pension and as such is commutable in accordance with provisions contained in Chapters XI to XIII of these Regulations.
