Section 1 in Jharkhand State Commission for the Scheduled Tribes Act, 2019
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jharkhand State Commission for Scheduled Tribes Act, 2019.(2)It extends to the State of Jharkhand only.(3)It shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
