Section 20(1) in Usha Martin University, Jharkhand Act, 2012
(1)The Board of Governors shall consist of the Following, namely: -(a)The Chancellor.(b)The Vice-Chancellor.(c)A nominee of the UGC.(d)Three persons nominated by the Sponsor.(f)Two educationists of repute to be nominated by the visitor.(g)Two academicians to be nominated by the Chancellor.
