30. Incentives to employers to encourage them so that at least 3% of the work force with them is composed of persons with disabilities.
- The Government and the local authorities shall within the limits of their economic capacity and development providing incentives to employers both in public and private sectors to encourage them so that at least 3% of their work force is composed of persons with disabilities.
