Section 49(1) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Rules, 1959
(1)Inspection of all documents, statements and registers maintained under the Act, or under these rules, shall be allowed on application to the Collector, or the Sub-Divisional Officer or the Tehsildar, as the case may be, during office hours on working days on payment of the Court fees as are prescribed for inspection of revenue records, statements and registers maintained by the Collector under the rules in force for the time being.
