Section 2(a) in Rajasthan Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Rules, 1991
(a)"Hazardous Chemical " means,-(i)any chemical which satisfies any of the criteria laid down in Part I of [Schedule 1 or] [Substituted by No. G.S.R. 4, dated 16.4.2002 [18.4.2002].] is listed in Column 2 of Part II of this Schedule ; or(ii)any chemical listed in Column 2 of Schedule 2; or(iii)any chemical listed in Column 2 of Schedule 3;
