Section 5(1) in Cyberabad (Metropolitian Area) Police Act, 2004
(1)The control and supervision of police force specified under section 4 shall, subject to the orders of the Government be vested in an officer, who shall be called the Commissioner of Cyberabad for the Metropolitan Area and who may, from time to time, be appointed and removed by the Government.
