(25)'Land Pooling Ownership Certificate [LPOCl in the context of a Land Pooling Scheme means a certificate issued by the Authority under sub-section (4) of section 31 of this Act to each land owner participating in the Land Pooling Scheme certifying the details of the reconstituted plot / land / final plot allotted to him;
