Section 33(1) in The Bar Council of Rajasthan Election Rules, 1968
(1)Upon the completion of the count, a list of the candidates elected to the Bar Council shall be prepared and signed by the Returning Officer and submitted by him to the Advocate-General or in his absence, an advocate of not less than 15 years standing at the Bar nominated by him in advance who shall verify the same by his signature.
