10. Grant of Accreditation to Free Lance Journalists.
- The Committee may consider the grant of accreditation to an applicant not attached to any particular news media organization provided that such a person has at least 20 years experience as a full time working journalist and has a proven income of not less than Rs. 25,000/- per annum from Journalistic activities :Provided that the applicant shall submit two years original clippings on his/her credit lines, not less than 50 in numbers, at the rate of 4 numbers, per month which shall include publication in one large class newspaper.
