1. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondents states on instructions that the acquisition proceeding in respect of property involved in the petition has already been initiated in accordance with Act of 2014.
2. In view of this aspect, the ends of justice would be met in directing Respondent No.4 Land Acquisition Collector to complete the acquisition proceeding in respect of the determination of amount of compensation and to declare the Award as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from today. It is needless to point out that after declaration of Award, amount of compensation Sneha Chavan 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 04/03/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 12/03/2019 20:21:32 ::: 22 wp 13043-17=.doc determined shall be paid to the Petitioner immediately thereafter.
