Section 63(1) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999
(1)It shall be open to permit any recognised association, forum or other bodies corporate or any group of consumers to participate in any proceedings before the Commission and permit them to make such representation or participate in the proceedings before the Commission in such manner as the Commission considers appropriate.
