Section 195 in The Asansol Municipal Corporation Act, 1990.
195. Use of land for erection of new building. -
No person shall use any piece of land as a site for erection of a new building except in accordance with the provisions of this Act and of the rules and the regulations made thereunder in relation to such erection of building.
