1.The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 NSE states that they will file the reply by Monday i.e. 28th June, 2021. Respondent nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 have already filed their replies. Let rejoinder be filed within three weeks. List on 4th August, 2021.
2. Parties are directed to contact the Registrar 48 hours before the date fixed to find out as to whether the hearing would take place through video conferencing or through physical hearing.
