This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents to secure the petitioner's husband's life.

2. The petitioner apprehends that her husband will be encountered at the hands of the respondent since he is involved in so many cases on the file of various Police Stations. In fact he was detained under Goondas and subsequently he filed Habeas Corpus Petition in HCP.No.737 of 2020 and the same was allowed. Even then the fourth respondent threatened the petitioner that her husband will be encountered.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the entire allegations are completely false and the respondents have no such intention.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and even till today no untoward incident has happened, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
