Section 57(3)(a) in Chit Funds (Rajasthan) Rules, 1989

(a)The Registrar or his nominee deciding any dispute may require the party, or parties to the dispute to deposit such sums as may, in his opinion be necessary to meet the expenses, including payment of fee to the Registrar or his nominee as the case may be.
