Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2410 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the judgment dated 13.05.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2892 of 2013 (Brajesh Kumar & others Vs. The State of Bihar & others) and other analogous cases.

In order to maintain consistency, the writ application is disposed of in the similar terms. The respondents are directed to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioners in the light of the judgment dated 13.05.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2892 of 2013 (Brajesh Kumar & others Vs. The State of Bihar & others) and other analogous cases within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
