- An application under Section 64 for declaration that a holding has been abandoned by an Asami shall contain following particulars-(a)the name of the village and assessment circle in which the holding is situate,(b)the name, parentage and address of the Asami against whom the declaration is sought, and(c)Khasra number, area and rent of the plots.
