Section 9(5) in The Kerala Paper Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2005
(5)The agents can collect prize tickets up to the amount of five thousand rupees from the prize winners and can present the same for payment. The collected tickets shall be presented withing a period of [60 days] [Substituted '90 days' by Notification S.R.O. No. 225/2008, dated 20.2.2008 (w.e.f. 20.4.2005)] from the date of the draw.
