Section 61A(3) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963
(3)An appeal shall lie to the State Government from any order of the Director under subsection (2) within thirty days from the date of such order and the decision of the State Government on such appeal shall be final.
