Section 68(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Wakafs Act, 2001
(1)The Council shall examine the report of the auditor according to the rules or regulations and may call for the explanation of any person in regard to any matter mentioned therein, and the Council shall pass such order on the report as it may think fit, including orders for the recovery of the certified by the auditor, from the person concerned.
