19. Procedure to be followed by the appellate authority
.-In decidingappeals under the Act the appellate authority [* * *] [ Certain words omitted by G.S.R. 329(E), dated 30.6.1973.] shall follow the same procedure which a Court follows in deciding appeals from the decree or order of an original Court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908).
