Section 10(1) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Import, Export and Transport of Indian Liquor and Foreign Liquor-Permits) Rules, 2005
(1)Indian Liquor shall be permitted to be exported in bottles affixed with only those labels which have been approved by the Commissioner of Excise in accordance with these rules.
