Section 2(d) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment of Government Land to Ghair Dakhilkar Tenant in Paintalisa Area) Conditions, 1970
(d)"Assistant Colonisation Commissioner" means an officer appointed by the State Government as such or a Sub-Divisional Officer of the Revenue Department of the area where the colonisation work is not operated by the Colonisation Department;
