This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.11.2018, to issue with Work Order for the Security Services.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Counter affidavit has been filed in this matter and it is seen that the Work Order has been awarded to the Lowest Bidder, M/s.Bharatheeyam Security Services Pvt.Ltd, Chennai, on 28.11.2018, for the period from 01.12.2018 to 30.11.2019. This may be the reason for no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further. Hence, this Writ Petition is 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.31819 of 2018 dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
