Section 33(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(1)Minutes of the proceedings at each meeting of a municipality shall be drawn up and recorded in a book to be kept for the purpose, shall be signed by the Chairman of the meeting or of the next ensuing meeting.
