Section 124(1) in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Regulation, the Administrator may by order, published in the Official Gazette, as the occasion may require, do anything which appears to him to be necessary for expedient removal of the difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiration of two years from the commencement of this Regulation.
