11. Power to prevent commission of offence.
-The Report, as referred in sub-section (1) of section 17 be submitted to the superior officer with the following details in respect of the offence committed or likely to be committed :(a)detailed location;(b)date and time;(c)nature of offence;(d)name and address of the offender or the offending agency: and(e)any other relevant information.
