102. Amendment of the Licence Granted.
- Application by the licensee or the local authority concerned for alteration or amendment to the terms and conditions of the licence granted in terms of Section 19 of the Act shall be made in such form as may be directed for the purpose by the Commission. The application shall be supported by affidavit as provided in Chapter II of the Regulations which in the case of a local authority also certifies that licensee consents to the proposed changes.
