Petitioners Mr.Kashinath Roy .. for the petitioners Ms.Ratna Ghosh .. for the State.

The petitioners, apprehending arrest in connection with Chinsurah P.S. Case No.399 of 2015 dated 19.08.2015 under sections 498A/323/313/406 of the Indian Penal Code, have approached this Court for anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the parties. The petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law of the de facto complainant-housewife and the petitioner nos.2 and 3 are the brother-in-law and sister-in-law.

We have gone through the case diary.

Now, considering the statements of the witnesses and the role attributed against the petitioners and when no case is made out from the 2 side of the State that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is necessary, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands allowed.

In the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case, they shall at once be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.5000/- each on condition that after release, they shall surrender before the concerned court within four weeks thereafter.

This order is subject to the conditions as laid down in sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
