3. Constitution, of the Indian Cost Accounts Service.
(1)There shall be constituted a Service to be known as the Indian Cost Accounts Service consisting of persons appointed to the Service under rules 6 and 7.(2)All the posts included in the Service shall be classified as Group A posts.
