Section 57(2)(c) in The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act, 1972

(c)any will, deed or other document made before the said date which contains and bequest, gift, terms or trust in favour of the dissolved Board shall on and from the said date, be construed as if the Board is named therein instead of the dissolved Board;
