9. Constitution of committees.
- [***] [Omitted '(1) The Authority may, from time to time constitute such committee or committees consisting of such members for performing such of its functions as may be provided by the regulations.' by Act No. 3 of 2017, dated 19.4.2017](2)The Authority shall invite such persons from the fields of banking, commerce, industry, environment, law, technology and the like as may be nominated by the Government from time to time to assist the authority in carrying out its functions under this Act on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
