Section 42 in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
42. Automatic vacating of all offices on ceasing to be Councillor.
- A person who ceases to be Councillor shall automatically vacate all the offices in the Council which he holds by virtue of his being such a Councillor.
