28. Licence required for [construction or mining operations] [Substituted by G. N. of 15.4.1968.] adjoining or near protected monuments.
- No person other than an Archaeological Officer shall undertake any mining operation near [a protected monument] [Substituted by G. N. of 15.4.1968.] or any construction on land adjoining such monument, except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence granted by the Director.
