(2)The Provisions of this section shall also apply upon the expiry or withdrawal of any Rajasthan law [as if such law had not expired or, as the case may be, had not been withdrawn] [Substituted by section 2 of Rajasthan Act No. 49 of 1958, published in Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary. Part IV-A, dated 30.12.1958.].Provided that the provision contained in clause (a) of sub-section (1) shall not so apply.
