CM-2014-CII-2018 Application is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. COCP-339-2018 Affidavit of the Estate Officer, Haryana Shehari Vikas Pradhikaran, Faridabad, has been filed in Court, which is taken on record. Along with the said affidavit, an order dated 26.06.2018 (Annexure D-1) has been appended, vide which, claim of the petitioner has been considered and decided.
In view of the above, this Court is satisfied that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, although counsel for the petitioner asserts that the order has not been passed by the Competent Authority. He, therefore, prays for liberty to challenge the order dated 26.06.2018 (Annexure D-1).
In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty aforesaid.
Rule issued to the respondent stands discharged.
