This application has been filed by the applicant, who is the original complainant before the Apex Court in the Sohrabuddin case, being his younger brother, with a prayer to permit him to intervene in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.14385 of 2011.

It is averred in the application that the applicant has been permitted to intervene in a number of bail applications moved by some of the accused persons in the same case.

Heard Dr.Mukul Sinha, learned advocate for the applicant, Mr.S.V.Raju, learned Senior Advocate with Mr.Rohit Verma, learned advocate for respondent No.1 (original applicant in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.14385 of 2011), Mr.Ejaz Khan, learned Senior Public Prosecutor for respondent No.2 - Central Bureau of Investigation and Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.3 - State of Gujarat.

No objection has been raised by the original applicant or any of the other respondents regarding the prayer made in the application.

The present applicant is, therefore, permitted to intervene in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.14385 of 2011.

The application stands disposed of, as above.
