257. Power of Government to make rules
(1) The State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.(2)in particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely;(i)the fees payable under this Act;(ii)Omitted.(iii)the attestation of leases, counterparts and agreements;(iv)Omitted.(v)any matter which under any provisions of this Act, is required to be or may be, prescribed, or for which, by any such provision, rules are required to be, or may be, made by the State Government.
