Section 17(2) in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016
(2)A candidate for the office of the member of the Board from any of the categories specified in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 shall be a person whose name is registered in the electoral roll of that category. Each candidate shall be nominated on a separate nomination paper and a candidate may be nominated for more than one categories specified in sub-section (1) of section 14.
