Section 51(1) in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
(1)There shall be a Principal Secretary to the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Secretary), not below the rank of Secretary or Commissioner to the State Government, appointed by the Government in consultation with Chief Executive.
