Section 2(12)(i) in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation Of Supply And Distribution) Order 2000
(i)"liquefied petroleum gas (or LPG)" means a mixture of light hydrocarbons which may include propane, isobutane, normal butane, butylenes etc., which are gaseous at normal ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure but may be condensed to liquid state at normal ambient temperature by the application of pressure and which conforms to Indian Standard specification number IS 4576;(ia)[ "LPG rubber hose" means the flexible tubing used for connecting the gas cylinder with burner which is not subjected to full cylinder pressure;] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 838(E), dated 4.11.2015 (w.e.f. 20.7.2000).]
