Section 14 in The Goa Coaching Classes (Regulation) Act, 2001
14. Bar of Civil Suits or Proceedings.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, no Civil Court shall entertain or proceed with any suit or proceeding in respect of any matter for which an appeal is provided under section 7.
