4. Suits and applications barred.
- No Court shall entertain any suit or application for the issue of any injunction or interim order restraining any proceeding which is being or about to be taken under section 3 or the rules made thereunder for regulating the supply of water, by the Government or by any officer authorised under section 5, in the Parambikulam-Aliyar Project.
