Section 80(4) in THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CODE, 2020
(4)An order of the appropriate Government granting or refusing to grant permission shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (5), be final and binding on all the parties and shall remain in force for one year from the date of such order.
