Section 34(2) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(2)The first Regulations for the purposes of this Act shall be made under the Rules made under this Act. The first Regulation shall remain in force for a period of one year from the date of its commencement or until the Council under the provisions of this Act makes new regulations, whichever is earlier.
