           Item No. 14            Learned Counsel for respondent no.2 submits that

August 13, they will file reply on behalf of Department of Mines and 2018 Geology, State of Rajasthan. Further it is submitted that respondent no.3 would be adopting the reply filed by respondent no.2.

The prayer of the Applicant is that they had surrendered an area of 39.8535 hectares pertaining to asbestos minerals. Further it is submitted that the remaining area of 26.1165 hectares is free from asbestos and associated minerals.

Alongwith the reply filed by Department of Mines and Geology-Respondent No. 2, a joint inspection report of January, 2016 has been filed wherein it is specifically mentioned with regard to presence of asbestos minerals which are said to have been observed in Makreda and Kalesra Mining leases. So far as mining lease number 01/91 measuring 26.1165 hectares is concerned, it is mentioned that other minerals like mica, calcite, soapstone, magnesite, quartz, feldspar, vermiculite, kyanite etc have been observed. Therefore, the 1 remaining area of mines 01/91 measuring 26.1165 Item No. 14 hectares is free from asbestos minerals, as per the joint August 13, inspection report.

Consequently, Original Application No. 166 of 2018 stands disposed of, without any order as to cost.
