[29th August, 2001]An Act to repeal the Civil Courts Amins Act, 1856 and certain other enactments.BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title.

-This Act may be called the Judicial Administration Laws (Repeal) Act, 2001.

2. Repeal.

-The enactments specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.
