79. Obligations to notify disqualifications of directors and members of Local Boards and Local Committees.
(1)If a director or a member of the Local Board or Local Committee becomes subject to any of the disqualifications set out in section 22 of the Act, he shall forthwith notify the fact as well as the date from which the disqualification became applicable to him, to the chairman.(2)The chairman shall inform the Central Government and the Reserve Bank as soon as it comes to his notice that any director or member of a Local Board or Local Committee has become subject to any of the disqualifications specified in section 22 of the Act.
